Calculates the pixel offset for an element based on a screen anchor.
Parameters
- anchor: UIAnchor
  The screen corner or center to anchor to.
- width: number
  Width of the UI element in pixels.
- height: number
  Height of the UI element in pixels.
Returns { x: number; y: number }
An {x, y} offset object.
